The Product Owner fills a pivotal role between customers and development teams. While the Scrum Guide elaborates a set of responsibilities, achieving success in the role requires diplomacy, decisiveness, empathy, flexibility and other essential traits like passion. In my experience as a Product Owner, and as a coach, mentor and educator of Product Owners, passion for the product often fuels Product Owners through stressful, difficult experiences. This course provides an opportunity to reflect, self-evaluate and identify areas for continuing growth.
