What is a team? How is it different from a working group? What defines an Agile team? Also, how do teams evolve and how does a ScrumMaster support a team’s evolution? In this course, we will answer all these questions plus sharing a valuable coaching tools that will enable you to establish trust and accelerate change within groups (or individuals).
