Our Coaching Alliance

Thank you very much for joining Applied Frameworks and we look forward to getting to know you better.  As a coaching and mentoring program, we need your explicit permission to coach and mentor you to higher levels of performance. Please read the following coaching alliance and mark your acceptance with this agreement. 

1. You acknowledge that Applied Frameworks is a program to help you improve your skills as Scrum, Agile and\or product management practitioner.
2. You explicitly give the Applied Frameworks instructors permission to coach and mentor you during your time in the program. When your program ends, this permission to coach and mentor you automatically ends.
3. You acknowledge that at any time you can revoke your permission to be coached and mentored by one, or more, of the Applied Frameworks instructors.
4. You acknowledge that you retain the right to renegotiate the scope of your coaching and mentoring by the Applied Frameworks instructors and the instructors are obligated to respect your boundaries.
5. You commit to engaging with your instructor(s) when you receive feedback from your instructor(s) that you do not understand and\or agree with in order to understand the nature of their feedback and give them your reaction to their feedback.
